Most of these can be ordered from your dealer. Some can be found online using the full part number (not the abbreviation listed in the manuals) but a new numbering system has been created for tools using part numbers starting with 83. Some tools are available under the old numbers and some aren't.
THESE ARE NOT FOR SALE BY ME. This is just a list I made at some point listing various tools; at this point I don't remember why. Order them from your dealer if you want them.

Still in the foam are two extensions for the side rods.You'll also want the 11 1 690 press piece shown lying sideways at the bottom, and the two 11 1 680 adapters used to pull things like front main bearing carriers. These connect the M10x1.5 threads on the side rods with the M8x1.25 threaded holes. One is shown in position in a bearing carrier at the bottom of the photo; the other is standing upright.
