There were fires everywhere. Having breakfast near Jasper, the air was quite smoky in town and had been basically unbearable the day before. Fires were raging across most of BC, in both Jasper and Banff, and in the US they were in Glacier, Lolo, and Yellowstone (and probably most other places).
