This site is made using Dreamweaver. None of it is composed for a particular browser; all pages are hoped to be HTML 4.01 compliant as per the World Wide Web Consortium and can be checked against that standard using the logo at the bottom of each page. If a page fails the validation, please tell me. If it doesn't but appears garbled, it's most likely a browser error on your end but I'd still like to hear about it.
Most pages use Server-Side Includes to incorporate a common menu and footer. The menu originally came from Jessett.com and was later reconfigured vertically. The original inspiration for the style sheet came from Joerg Hau's website. Pop-up info, like this, might not work if you have pop-up blocking software. I sometimes use FreeFTP for uploading files, and Xenu for checking links.
